“We had Suess Electronics do a whole-house install of audio/network wiring, including smurf tubing in locations where we would potentially place televisions in the future. Well, the future arrived (years later) and I couldn't determine the length of the smurf tubing in one area where we wanted to hang a television. I wanted to make sure I got the appropriate length HDMI cable... Not too long, not too short. I stopped in at Suess Electronics to see if they had any records of that install years ago. Not only did they still have the plans, but quality pictures of every important location in the house as well. Beyond that, I've purchase a couple high-end televisions and audio components from Suess Electronics in the past and have always been impressed with their service and support. There's a reason they continue to thrive in this day and age of big box retailers, Amazon etc -Simply a great experience from beginning to end (and even years later!).”
