“We had an issue with our roof (was leaking) and URC came within a reasonable amount of time, inspected the roof, and informed us it actually had received hail damage in 2017! Apparently since the roof was damaged a couple of years back this was the reason for our leak. They advised us to file a claim for hail damage with our carrier and they would meet the adjuster out here to verify their opinion. They proceeded to do so and our issue was turned into a solution with a beautiful new roof! My wife and I were further impressed that URC handled everything with the insurance company, sent their invoice to the insurance company on our behalf, CCed us in the email, totally transparent throughout the whole process including before/after HD drone imagery, up-close pictures of our roof deck after the roof was torn off, and photo documentation and text messages updates throughout the whole process. Couldn't ask for better service, thank you guys!!”
