Hi All,

I'm currently decorating my first baby's nursery and am looking for some advice on some colour issues.

The walls have been painted all pink using a light reflective Matt paint. I'll be adding stencils and wall stickers to the feature wall at some point plus other wall accessories. The room has also just been re plastered and had new internal doors plus a window put in.

All finishing work has been done with a pure white eggshell paint (which has also been used throughout the house).

My issue is that I ordered a range of white furniture and now that it has been assembled it looks cream/yellowish! It seems to be worse during the day.

My vision for the room was a very crisp white and light pink and I'm now very disappointed.

My first thoughts were to paint the furniture but seems crazy to need to do this when it's brand new and also worried the finish would be poor.

I thought I could maybe accessorise to hide it but am struggling with this too.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

The third photo is from the website and how it looked in store but seems so different now it's home.
