want to open up back of house from main floor to have better access to back yard and pool area.
Want to maintain basement walkout however location interferes with location I want to put deck or floor I want to put off the back of the main floor. Want to incorporate a privacy wall on west side of house that is aesthetically pleasing for us and neighbor.
some of current ideas:
1) excavate larger area below new main floor walkout to maintain basement access and possibly 2) incorporate area for hot tub under deck/floor.
3) privacy wall with water feature or outdoor fireplace.
4) house would have floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors or garden doors on west side.
5) Adding or extending from flat roof on second floor east side over new main floor deck a deck/roof out approx 4ft from house with railing all around creating another nice outdoor area accessible from second floor.
