New help getting started on enclosing garage and building new one

We want to enclose our existing garage to make a mud room/laundry area//rec room. Then we want to build a new 3 car detached garage. What do I do first? Find a designer/architect? Find a contractor? The secure financing? Our home's existing value is probably around $200K so this isn't a million dollar deal.

Here's a view of existing garage. New garage would go when you see Jeep parked so you could drive straight in.
