My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What paint is on the walls and ceiling? Looks great !

    Ceiling Finish as shown in another photo with better ceiling view: The ceiling finish is a two part system from Sherwin Williams, the Metallic Impressions line the "Brushed Metallic" finish with SWF-338 Whole Wheat Metallic & SW-612 Whole Wheat Base. Their website does not really show this line of samples, but the store has nice size paint chips with a variety of finishes & treatment options. This one is one of my fav's, reminds me of a champagne feel. The wall is Distance 540F-6 by Behr, but I had a color match done with Sherwin Williams paint for paint supplier quality & consistency.
