We have 2 different products that are used to achieve this look. The 1st is just taking an exterior paint and having a ratio of 4:1 of water to paint. The other method is mixing a lime solution that requires some chemicals. For this particular house we used the paint/water solution and made sure we worked in section every 4 feet (so the product would not dry too fast). After we rolled the product on we then had 1 guy take a rag and wipe down the entire area to help with getting everything to look even. Good Luck!
