There was a red house in my town when I was a child. I just loved it. It had beautiful white gingerbread trim and black accents. I used to fantasize that Santa lived there, but I've never seen another one that looked right.

And I'm sorry to say yours isn't a contender for red.

I'm going to recommend the siding in the middle and urge you to get white windows. This beige and white color scheme is timeless and neutral and would even allow you to have a red front door. I love red too, but it should be used in small amounts as an accent color.

Please don't listen to the salesman. Very few men have good design sense.

Get the red door and bushes with red flowers and even a red fence if you want, but not the siding.
