My backyard is pretty much the most miserable place on earth.
It is very small. Due to drainage issues, we cannot change the grade much. And it has NO water/hose access in the backyard.
Last summer we tried to put grass back here and water it manually but that's just not realistic and most of it died. Plus, we have 2 dogs who ravaged the grass.
I am looking for inexpensive xeroscaping ideas or some kind of creative solution. We have a toddler who loves to be outside.
I will post more pics asap. Here's a start from last summer, when it looked its best (believe it or not).
