My porch ceiling, currently made of drywall, is showing droplets of water after it rains. I just had the roof replaced (on the flat porch roof, as well as, the whole house). Since there was evidence of leakage through the ceiling before the roof was replaced, I was going to have the porch ceiling replaced with drywall, but now I am thinking there may be a better alternative considering the high humidity here in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. What would you suggest for the porch ceiling?
