This is my first fireplace, so I'm not certain on the proper artwork proportion, especially for a corner fireplace, where the art will be sitting directly on top of it. Please let me know if this piece looks like the correct size for the fireplace. It looks really big to me in person. But, that's probably because I've been staring at a blank area above the fireplace since I moved in a few weeks ago. ;)

(Ignore the little cardboard corners. I just purchased it and don't want to remove them until I know it will work.)

If this size does look fine, do you have any ideas for accessories? I was thinking maybe two different sized candle holders on one side, and a vase or something on the other, both in neutrals.
