My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What kind of wood floors are these?

    These floor are the original red oak floors from a 1950's cottage! We renovated (well gutted really) the whole house. We sanded down the floors, bleached them and added a light grey stain. They turned out better than we could have imagined!
