We are in the planning stages of our new home and are trying to decide whether or not to have a tub in the master bathroom. There will be a custom tile shower and my husband and I don't anticipate wanting/needing the tub in here, as there will be one in the guest bathroom. We are wondering if the absence of a tub (in the master suite) will create a problem with resale.
