We are having our entire kitchen cupboards , island and bar area repainted and the counter tops replaced. The majority of the cupboards are white with some eggplant colored sections and upper eggplant moldings. The lower area from the dishwasher on the right to the cook top on the left is also eggplant in color. We have stainless steel back splash and appliances and love "tasteful bling". We really like the eggplant with the white although we wish to change things up and really make it stand out. We plan to put some decorative stainless steel tiles under the island with an accent light complimented with the same decorative stainless steel baseboards. The cupboards surrounding the new fridge are being built to match the other upper cabinets. We have also considered having the middle six cupboards in the bar area modified and incorporate frosted glass sections with interior cabinet lighting. Any thoughts or advise would be greatly appreciated !!! Chris
