Here is an early spring picture of our new to us house. We are wanting to redo the exterior colour, keeping in mind that the shingles (light gray) and eavestroughs (gutters) and fascia/soffit will remain (greige colour). What colour would you suggest? Two colours? We have those pesky metal horizontal bands around the house that we need to address. They aren't easily removed without completely redoing the stucco on the house so we are looking to work with them. Maybe just paint them the same as the surrounding colour so they blend away? We are also considering adding some stone on the front, but aren't sure the best way to go with the stucco buildouts on the corners.
Additionally we are looking to replace the front window with a new one - similar in style. We would also replace the window above the front door, and the two second floor windows. Windows will be white. Would you get them with a thicker brickmold, or maintain a smaller white profile around the windows? We could paint the front door trim, or reclad in white to match.
Any suggestions for sites that would allow me to visualize colour options/combos?
Additionally - landscaping will occur as soon as exterior work is complete to avoid trampling.
