Beautiful kitchen. Can you tell me where the floor tile was purchased?

Carol, the kitchen floor is reclaimed tile from Europe.

Can you tell me what type of wood the cabinets are made from?

In keeping true to the architectural period we chose to use White Oak.

I cant see the grain in the photo that generally White Oak has. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

Do you know what color stain is used?

The cabinets along with all of the wood paneling throughout the entire house was fumed. "Ammonia fuming is a wood finishing process that darkens wood and brings out the grain pattern. It consists of exposing the wood to fumes from a strong aqueous solution of ammonium hydroxide which reacts with the tannins in the wood. The process works best on white oak because of the high tannin content of this wood." As quoted from Wikipedia.

One additional item to note with regard to fuming is the longer the wood remains inside the chamber with the ammonium hydroxide the darker the wood will become.
