1. Kindly research the questions for this kitchen, there is quite a bit of information provided including elevations and plan of the kitchen. Standing at the sink, there is a dishwasher to your left.
2. Due to the narrow nature of the house, we couldn't place bar stools along the left side of the island. The aisle width is approx 39" so there just isn't enough room to accommodate both seating and circulation. The counter depth of the island is only 27". To include an eating counter, ideally you would want a min. 36" (24" for the base cabinet plus 12" of counter top overhang to serve as an eating counter.
