I have had water damage on my laminate floors in the kitchen (hope to replace floors soon). It happens everytime it rains and i can't find the entry point. I just replaced the entire condo with new impact sliders and windows, as the the old ones were well, old. I assumed they were the cause of allowing the rain to come in, but low and behold i still have a wet floor when it rains. I'm at my wits end. what can this be from? I was hoping not to have to open the wall. How i can keep it from getting worse until i can find a contractor? Towels? And it's the rainy season in Florida so everyday it rains. I am hoping the contractor community on Houzz, my favorite app, can help me. My next step is the Condo board is sending a stucco contractor to look at the outside. I'm so fustrated. Thanks.
