This outdated Potomac Kitchen needed some serious TLC. In hopes of designing a contemporary show stopper we brainstormed with our client until we decided on the perfect concept. The U-Shape Layout remained the same, except we replaced the shabby brown cabinets with Horizontal grained Flat-Panel cabinets in a black-gray finish. To accentuate the dark color we installed a bright white quartz counter top and tiled the walls to the ceiling with taupe glass subway tiles. As a finishing touch we painted the fly over and sliding door a beautiful shade of orange for a contemporary flare and visual interest.
