We need to renovate our ground floor powder room. It's larger than it needs to be for just a half bath. So we are trying to decide if we should add a tub or shower OR make it a combined powder room/laundry room.
We have 2 full baths upstairs, but there is a fourth bedroom on the ground floor with no near access to a tub. And our front loading washer/driers are currently in the unfinished part of the basement. Low ceiling with pipes, dingy...just gross.
So the question is this: which would you do? Which would be the most attractive to a buyer? Any input is greatly appreciated.
