Outlets?

I am designing a kitchen with similar island, but having issues with the outlet placement. I see no visible outlets in this kitchen. I assume they are concealed under cabinet in the back splash... Where are the ones for the island located?

    We typically use plug mound on the underside of the cabinets to avoid outlets in the backsplash. The island has outlets on a filler strip in the cabinets on the kitchen interior face.

    They are located on on a panel on the side of the island you cannot see.
