We bought this early 90's Florida house almost two years ago. We've been slowly redoing here and there. The kitchen was gutted. The flooring has been replaced. Some of the wall paper has been stripped. Lots more to do. One bathroom has been remodeled. What is really bugging me now is that there is different trim in every room. Some rooms have crown moulding and some don't. The crown moulding is a different size in every room. Some of the wood work is painted and some is stained. Some windows have a wooden sill and some have marble. I would like to have everything consistent even with my very ecclectic taste. One of the reasons we fell in love with the house is that it has beautiful architecture. All of the ceilings are 12'. There are arches in between many of the public rooms. I would like to have a mediterranian feel about the house. Where should I start?
