Need help with art in my bathroom

I have a beige/gray color on the walls in my 1/2 bath and I would like to bring in color with cool piece of art. Can you make some suggestions? Thanks, Dana

I always suggest making very good friends with a local framer -- someone you trust, but will push you a little on your design choices. If you don't have one, ask around. A good framer can take something basic and make it fabulous! Particularly in a bathroom, you can take a small image, put a huge white matt around it, and then frame it. Almost anything can be framed! If you love it, put it up!

Try some oranges, bold orange and burnt orange. These colors look great with beige/gray and add a modern touch as well. Depending on the shade of beige/grey, purple-violet-lavender can look really wonderful. Depending on the shade, a purple can almost read like a neutral- greyish. If you have white fixtures and white metal faucets and hardware, it can be a really nice combination...and quite spa-like.
