Hi all -
We are doing a new build, and it's time to pick kitchen hardware...totally overwhelming! I was originally thinking oil rubbed bronze, but now I'm worried that it's too trendy and already on the way out. It's the finish that seems to make the most sense with the rest of the kitchen, but I'm wondering if brushed nickel would also work? Or is there another finish that would work that I'm not thinking of?

Pics of cabs and granite are attached. Island will be the dark walnut color (on the right of the image), perimeter cabs are white. Stainless appliances. Floors will be Minwax dark walnut stain.

Any advice would be much appreciated! :) Thanks in advance!
