My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The flooring is wide plank, random width (8"-12") White Oak.

    What would be a range of price for this type of floor? Is it rift and quartered, and what is the average length of the boards? It is just beautiful!

    The White Oak is rift and quartered with a specification for "no shorts." They're probably 4'. 6', and 8'. Please check with your local hardwood flooring company for pricing.
