My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Thank you for the questions - the dining room curtain fabric is by Osborne & Little, and the living room fabric is by Schumacher and they are actually a dark blue/navy.

      I too love the curtains, but where can you / did you purchase the short (18") curtain rods? I cannot find anything less than 28" and I really want only 15" for one room and 18" for another. These photos are so lovely.

      Thank you so much for the kind words! The curtain rods we used were cut down from longer rods by our drapery installation contractor. You could certainly do the same!
