My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Penny rounds making a comeback . You like or no?

Seem to be putting a lot of old school penny round floors in lately. Like em or not ?

    Love it. Use a grout with a sealant or mold resistant already in it. I use them in shower floors/ceiling, on tub aprons, tub splash, small bathrooms, etc. smaller spaces. I don't think I would use them in larger spaces.
