Patio extension decision. Add on or start from scratch??

Looking to add more usable space for outdoor sitting area. Roof covered deck is in great condition but ground level deck area looks old and offers minimal area for seating. Looking at replacing ground level deck and mulch beds with pavers. Approximate size is 800 sq. feet. Debating pavers vs. concrete with border, vs flagstone. Pavers cost the most so far. Are they worth the price? Any design ideas or input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!!

I like the more natural look of your backyard so I would go with the pavers. I'm afraid the concrete would feel to cold and hard next to the beautiful warm brick and wood of your home. The style of my home is actually quite similar to yours with the tudor look!

Thank you Charles Neal Interiors! We are leaning toward the pavers too but our quote was almost 20K which includes a fire pit, sitting wall and a few pillars but I was hoping to come up with another idea that costs less if possible. I agree that the concrete might look too cold too. It is hard for me to envision the end project with the current set up. Thanks for your input!
