It's called Doussie. It is an engineered floor with no bevels on the edges. It is glued down over heated concrete. we got it from European Flooring in Victoria BC

It's beautiful!! Based on the picture it appears to be a red/brown color? I've always had the opinion that engineered flooring was less desirable (on the main/2nd levels of course).
Why did you choose engineered floor? I see the benefit to no bevels (I think it's easier to clean!)

It had to be engineered otherwise it would move to much being glued down to heated concrete. Cheers GH

Thanks so much. I visited European Flooring's website. Very impressive. I only hope they have locations in the USA....particularly Indiana. I'm dubious though.

Never ever shop at European flooring. The worst customer service we have ever encountered
