I just posted this in another forum but this is probably a better place for it.

My hardwood floors are stained a pickle oak throughout the house except for the bedrooms which are more of a natural red oak. What color saddle/threshold should I put at the transition at the doors?

The picture below is a rough indication of the colors that I am dealing with. It's all the same type of wood with the planks going the same way, only their stains are different. I'm trying to avoid resanding and staining all the floors.
