My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Real estate agent / contractor combo in charlotte nc area?

I moved to the Charlotte area a year ago and will be looking to buy a place in a year from now. I watch HGTV all the time and love the idea of the property brothers, or the couple on fixer upper, who help you find a house and vision of affordable updates all within your budget. I don't see contractors advertised this way. Any suggestions??? Thanks!!!
