Apart from the master suite we have two large bedrooms upstairs and a large bonus room. At some point, the bonus room could be converted to a large bedroom. The two bedrooms are currently served by a single jack and jill bathroom.

We are considering modifying the existing bathroom resulting in either two bathrooms or a smaller bath room and a laundry room. Mrs. would love to have an upstairs laundry room. I feel the need for an additional bathroom given the number of bedrooms.
