I think you should figure out a plan for how you want the room to look and what you'll need before you make further purchases. I think the sectional works better than the antique couch, and could work from what I see if you want to keep it. I think you could do with just the sectional in the room, with perhaps a console table on the opposite wall with the picture that you have hanging on the wall above it with a lamp. I'm not sure that the new picture works well in the room - perhaps another room, maybe even a smaller one like a bathroom given the size of the picture, might be something to consider. The mirror above the fireplace is a bit tall but interesting, perhaps you could put something like candle sconces to either side. The coffee table that you're considering and the rug are both too large and rectangular to work with the existing space. I would go for a square rug and a square or round coffee table that would work with whatever furniture you decide on. If you decide not to keep the sectional, I would consider a loveseat facing the fireplace and an accent chair on either side.
