My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thats an interesting question. Normally I do not disclose pricing for my clients privacy but in this case, I think they wouldn't mind. The flooring in this entryway was UBER expensive. 75K just for the mosaic tile. Include installation and its really up there! HOWEVER... It's FABULOUS! Most beautiful flooring I've ever specified and installed in a residential space. The attached video will better explain and show you more views. Mosaic tile was purchased from BDG in San Diego Ca.
