We have about 13 feet of space along our fence between our home and our neighbors and need some design ideas.

It's the space circled in red in the picture. That picture is about 2 years old so the plants around it have gotten a bit larger, the 2 on either side are crepe myrtles which will eventually shield the neighbors view of our yard.

Need some design ideas and suggestions. I like the idea of doing some crazy water feature w/ bamboo but have no idea how to actually do it or if it's better off with just some plantings and a tree.
