Serena and Lily Sofa

Has anyone purchased a Serena and Lily sofa? Ideally the slipcovered Miramar? I'm curious about the quality, comfort and durability. It's exactly what I've been looking for, but I live in the Midwest, far from their stores, and it seems like no returns. Or any recommendation for something similar (tight back, English arm) for less than $3,000? I like the look and price of the Pottery Barn Carlisle, but I've read mixed reviews about their quality and have seen a used Carlisle sofa - the seat cushions don't seem to wear well.

This review is for a different sofa; I bought the Spruce street couch 6 months ago and wouldn't recommend it unless you want to be constantly fluffing the cushions and pulling out loose feathers that are constantly coming out of the cushions. That couch looks like it belongs in a frat house every time we sit on it - everything scrunches down. Huge buyer's remorse because it was soooo expensive. Like you, I don't live near a store. Regret regret regret

# price..you are on the right track but sometimes you just have to bite the bullet or accept that a replacement will be needed sooner!

Char..I had a similar dilemma...one way to improve the problem is to float the furniture so the couch back is facing your view as you enter the room...since that side looks smooth and tidy....also adding extra filling to pillows and cushions will help them to keep their shape better...also this post is very old...sorry about your disappointment but soft and comfy almost always comes with squished and lumpy side effect
