tile with wood inlay

Looking to floor a large great room with tile using wood between the grout lines. My question is how to prevent the grout from cracking with the difference in motion between the two different types of flooring. Has anyone done this or have any recommendations?

You use a caulking such as Mapei which comes in an assortment of colours ( sames colours as their grout ) You could also use a luxury vinyl tile like Karndean to also get this look - you won't get any movement.
