    This is an excellent and simple way of blending the tv into shelving. Essentially what they have done is mount the TV to the back of the bookcase. the vertical and horizontal dividers were positioned to center the TV. Then a simple match white frame was built to the inside dimensions. The frame is probably attached with cabinet clips, velcro or whatever to the inside of the opening. Simple, inexpensive, and functional.

    Love this bookshelf/TV wall--I assume it is custom? I would love some insght on how to tell my carpenter to do this. What are the dimensions and depth of the shelves? Also, who makes the table? The whole room is fantastic!

    Instead of watching the TV in a frame- you may want to consider TVCoverUps. Framed art or mirror adds to the room's decor, with the hidden TV beneath.
