My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I am glad you like the design. As you can see this is a dusk photo, so the color is a much lighter grey in daylight. This is fibercement lap siding by Certainteed, color Linen. Certainteed has since created a different line for their fibercement products, here is the website: http://www.allurausa.com/products/lap-siding.
