Looking for a black drum shade pendant to hang over kitchen table.

In the picture, it appears as if the organza has gathers/wrinkles near the bottom and it appears brown not black.. I have seen similar fixtures on other sites where this is not the case. May I have the manufacturer so I can look on another site to make sure the organza material is indeed black and isn't wrinkled.
