My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Is it perennial? How tall or wide does it get? And will it do well in Tennessee weather, summer hear is very hot and humid.

      Sorry for the delay in answering, It is indeed Purple Fountain Grass. It's the annual and not the perennial. Dies at first frost. Got big in my gardens because I have amazing soil.
