Countertops for saltillo tile floor kitchen??

The cabinets are white, appliances are stainless and backsplash is a white subway tile with reddish grout the same color as the floors. I am having a very difficult time deciding on countertops! Right now thinking a honed cesarstone or marble. Any advice/photos would be wonderful! Will have photos this weekend. Thanks!
