Need advice, considering ordering marble online from Builders depot!

Have any of you ordered from Builders Depot. Came across their info while saving a photo. Prices very good but I'm concerned about ordering online. What happens if there is an issue once the job starts, how do I get products fast.How is customer service? Does anyone have experiences to share.
The marbles I'm considering are Crema Marfil &Carrara Venato https://www.houzz.com/photos/los-altos-bathroom-traditional-bathroom-san-francisco-phvw-vp~101713 This is photo I got info from. Thanks

I used them this fall for my bath. Carrera. Great product. I ran out of a couple of pieces and got them mail in 2 days

I have no knowledge of them but suggest you google "builders depot reviews" to access the largest range of opinions possible. And don't forget, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is ;)

I made a mistake with the name it's " the builder depot". there are many similar web names out there. I will check reviews. Thank you.

Did you research their website thoroughly? Their "About BuilderDepot" page says they own and operate over 50 online stores, a list of which can be found at a link they provide. The link takes you to a page in Chinese so unless you can read Chinese, it is impossible to know what it says.

Thanks but that is a different site, so similar I'm sure there is constant confusion.

Did you ever find out any information about this company or order stone from them? I'm also considering ordering their calacatta gold marble and wondered about people's experience with them and their product!

I decided to use a local l marble importer, wasn't comfortable ordering without seeing it. Good Luck

I am pretty local to them, so picked up first batch at their warehouse. Lovely people. When I needed the fill in pieces did not have time to run into Atlanta, so ordered online and had them delivered to my office in dalton ga in 2 days.

What size is the tile on shower walls and what product? I’m in Florida and was going to order form them. They say you have to do minimum for 100 sq ft bc of shipping which I will have no privet
Doing but what if I need to order a few extra pieces in a pinch ????
