can these gas fireplaces be side vented?

We would like to place it on the wall in a dining room right in front of stairway.
Up and rear venting not possible.

    Hello and thank you for your interest. All of our fireplaces vent off the top center of the firebox. You may vent to the side but you have to go vertical off the top of the unit a certain amount of feet (height depends on the unit) prior to the first offset/elbow.
