Mismatched stain and windows

We have an older home and have remodeled many times, with different contractors. No could match the original framing or stain. Now we have mismatched trim throughout the house. We have a new kitchen remodel and the trim is driving me crazy. It is also driving me crazy in the rest of the house. What should I do?
