Why not make the entry to the close from the bathroom and get rid of the hall way? You can have a much larger shower and vanity.

Agree with Lauren. You seem to be wasting space with that hallway in one design and with the separation of the two rooms with the other. You could devote a little of that hallway space to a separate toilet area with a door to maintain privacy and still end up with considerably more useable area. Perhaps room for bathtub, double sink and more closet space. In the other design, after a shower, the user has to exit one room, cross the bedroom and enter the closet to get dressed. Far more ergonomic to step from the shower straight into the closet.
Just a thought: With the design without the hallway, add a doorway from the bathroom directly into the closet. Redesign the closets to occupy some space on the LH exterior (?) wall and allow access through that door and then see how to utilize your space again.

Thank you for the advice that seems like a very good idea! if I got rid of the hallway then where would I then out the main entry?.. Given in mind I cant put an entry any closer than a metre away from the window on that side as the front door to the house is there, and also the opposite 540 wall has a kitchen on the otherside..???

I am also trying to work on the first design with the hallway I just wanted to know where I should place the main door entry

at the end of the hall is a sliding door which is the main entry and I should of put sliding doors in the pic in the other entries to walk in and bath instead of openings

I was thinking of another opening/doorway into the closet from the bedroom just so the toilet can be isolated with doors and another person can still access the closet. It's looking like a little more economical use of space. Have to work out where you want the doors and clearance spaces for opening.

here is a new design taking a bit more space from the bedroom changing the bed around, how does the bath and ensuite look? I think i may need to re-arrange a few things.. I cant really bring the main entry door any further toward the window maybe 10cm at most..

the vanity here is 1metre long the shower is 90x90cm the doorways are 80cm and the closet storage shelving is 50cm deep. and the back wall of the closet is 2.4 long

Definitely the one with the 9:21 AM timestamp. You can add a door to the closet where you have what it seems like the TV. Then, create a sitting area by the window. The door placement looks good to me in this design. Then, following with the toilet suggestion, I don't see it necessary, but you can switch the toilet and the sink. That way you could have a bigger vanity and larger mirror. You can then "separate" the toilet from the shower with a mid-height wall if you like.

I like the first plan but agree that the bed would look nicer on the larger wall opposite the window...this will give you more room for your nightstands and make such a great place to retreat to!

I originally had the toilet where the vanity is but found it will just be on the squishy side so I swapped with the vanity

I wouldn't want moisture from hot shower steam anywhere close to my clothes closet.

Having 2 parallels rows in a closet is a lot easier to maneuver than having to deal with clothes in a corner. For this reason, I prefer your second layout posted in your dilemma. I just moved things around a bit so you can have a larger vanity and a linen cabinet:
