My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Ries, This chair is in stock at the factory. There is low stock on this chair. If the order is placed while there is still stock and prior to 11-5 it would ship on 11-12. Shipping takes 3-4 weeks depending on the area of the country you live in. Thank you for your interest!
