First, let me say that your house looks really cute. Don't know what "as is" meant but it looks perfect. Unpopular as it might be, I have to say that I actually kind of like the detail provided by the stone. Hopefully your dislike of the stone is more an aversion to the pinkish trim and a more neutral color will help make the stone "fit".

Are you a person of contrasts or monochromatic? I ask because, like someone above, I do like the color on the garage - pale yellow? You can pick something like that and trim out the house or, if you like the contrast, try something a big bolder in that same tone - tan rock in the middle of the picture or the darker golder tone on the rock in the upper left. Also, on these small ranch houses, I'm not fond of gables that don't match the color of the siding. It visually cuts off the roof, which smaller houses can't take. However, if you go with the lighter tone, it will probably be fine...with the bolder, think about going with the color of the house.
