Do you already have the sofa and loveseat?

If not, I would do a sofa and four chairs in this room; two paired with the sofa and two facing each other in front of the fireplace. That way you can have a seating near the fireplace and view the entertainment unit, as well as, have good movment through the space. If the chairs swivel, all the better.

Yes, I already have the sofa and loveseat, and the house does not have the fireplace; it has bay windows. I do see what you mean though, nice idea.

For the bay windows I would add a nice window seat not only will it add seating but if u use a piano hinge for the top or have drawers on the bottom it can add needed storage

Consider placing the sofa and loveseat closer to the TV and have a pair of chairs by the bay window.
