If you are referring to the ceiling, I believe that is just regular recessed lighting.

There are two types of recessed lighting in this room. There is the standard basic (larger) recessed lights that provide light to an entire room. Smaller recessed also does the same and is a matter of style size preference. However, smaller pot lights also provide the option of directing light onto artwork as seen in this photo to emphasize and display beautifully!
